I have a pet peeve that when we enter an entry place where there is staff to greet guests, the guest should NEVER go longer than 30 seconds without being acknowledged - if only to say 'We will be right with you.' After five minutes we were about to leave when the host finally decided to notice us. Normally we do not stay in hotels that are attached to casinos but decided to try this one.
